Because we support parents

Children of our employees can be looked after in the in-house daycare facility for children. The "Ruth-Witzenmann-Haus" is run in collaboration with the German Caritas Association. Children between 9 weeks and 6 years of age are supervised on the factory premises at the headquarters. This means that parents and children are close to one another.

In addition, "take-away food“ is also available: meals freshly prepared by our canteen to take away for family members.

Because working hours at our company are in line with the requirements

We support our employees in finding a healthy work-life balance. In addition to the contractually agreed 35-hour week, working hours schemes such as flexitime and teleworking allow flexible working. There are no core working hours at Witzenmann, our employees can arrange their working hours based on the requirements.

Further training options are available to all employees, irrespective of whether they are employed in a full-time or part-time capacity.
