Sustainable growth and social commitment was our goal long before the concept of "Corporate Social Responsibility" came into being. For us, taking responsibility for our economic environment, our society and our employees is a matter of course.

The health of our employees matters to us

We want our employees to remain healthy. This is why we protect and promote their health. We offer:

  • established prevention offers in the area of work safety and occupational medicine
  • measures for promoting health in the workplace
  • activities such as yoga, strength or back training and hiking
  • in-house canteen with focus on fresh, healthy nutrition

Our management employees receive ongoing training so they can keep an eye on the health of their employees. This is based on mutual respect, appreciative open communication and organisation of work processes with a focus on promoting health.
